"Understanding how DNA makes us who we are will teach us to be more tolerant of each other."
Robert Plomin is the world's leading expert on genetics. In 1995, Robert began the Twins Early Development Study which has followed 10,000 pairs of UK twins from infancy through to early adulthood. He is the author of the best-selling textbook in the field as well as a dozen other books. His most recent book is Blueprint: How DNA Makes Us Who We Are which describes how the DNA revolution is transforming science, society and the way we think about ourselves. Robert argues that genetic factors play a large role in determining psychological traits such as intelligence.
Robert has been awarded too many awards to list, including the William James Fellow Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award of the International Society for Intelligence Research.
