Nick Fletcher is a former Tory MP and was the first and only Conservative MP ever to be elected to the Don Valley constituency.

He is known for his opinions on gender equality, trans issues and immigration. During an international men's day debate in parliament, Fletcher argued that  "female replacements" in shows like Doctor Who were robbing boys of good role models, leaving only gangsters like the Krays and Peaky Blinders' Tommy Shelby. "Is there any wonder we are seeing so many young men committing crime?" he asked.
