Babette Babich is a philosopher and historian of ideas whose work spans Nietzsche, Heidegger, aesthetics, and the philosophy of science. She is Professor of Philosophy at Fordham University and the editor of the journal New Nietzsche Studies.

Educated in both the analytic and continental traditions, Babich has written extensively on figures like Adorno, Anders, and Foucault, challenging the boundaries between art, science, and philosophy. Her latest book Günther Anders’ Philosophy of Technology explores the philosophy of isolation. Written durng Covid-19, the study of "home-working" became more important than ever.
