Accommodation Info

Toilets and Showers

To ensure you're at your best throughout the festival, our boutique showers and toilets provide top-notch facilities so that you don't miss any of the amenities of home. Yurt guests also benefit from access to the beauty parlour, which is complete with hairdryers, straighteners, mirrors and dressing tables.

Check In and Check Out

Your yurt is guaranteed for the Festival period (Thu 25th May –Tues 30th May), and should you wish to extend your stay you can do so by sending your enquiry to festival.camping@artandideas.org who will be able to advise on prices and availability.

Check in is from 3pm and  check out is by 10am.

Litter

Our festival is in a stunning area of natural beauty. We work hard to reduce our environmental impact so please help us with this goal and leave the site as you found it. We have recycling points across the camping site so please recycle your waste when you can.

Campsite Cooking

You are very welcome to bring your own food. Small gas cookers and portable barbeques are permitted onsite, however they must be set up away from the tents. There will also be a large range of food onsale across the site. Open fires are not permitted on the campsite.

Neighbours

Please help to maintain a good atmosphere and get to know the people camping around you. Be considerate and keep the noise down at night. Anyone causing a disturbance in the campsite will be ejected from the festival site.

Parking

Parking is available to book in advance, and some limited parking will be available during the festival which will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Parking is chargeable.

Vehicle Policy

We are unable to accommodate campervans and motorhomes at the camping site.
Additionally,  vehicles are not allowed on the camping field itself for loading and unloading but  parking located in the neighbouring field so close by!
