Food and Beverage Staff Application
HowTheLightGetsIn is the world’s largest and most exciting philosophy and music festival – and we are recruiting now for our food and beverage team!
Working at HowTheLightGetsIn is a fantastic way to get involved in the very heart of the festival itself, with all staff receiving a staff wristband giving them access to a whole range of debates, live music, film & comedy - not to mention discounts on the festival eateries and some of the visiting stallholders!
Details of the Role
- You will be required to serve food and drink from a catering unit
- 8-10 hour shifts per day
- A happy demeanour is a must!
- Experience of working in hospitality is a huge bonus but not a must
- Training will be provided

As a paid role, staff are expected to make their work a priority and therefore this takes precedent over seeing shows and events. Where there may be some flexibility regarding this, if attending the festival itself is your main interest you may want to consider volunteering as Steward.
