What would you do if you had a magic ring that made you turn invisible? In this session, we’ll explore Plato’s famous story of the Ring of Gyges, a thought experiment over two thousand years old. Together we’ll test our intuitions about right and wrong, what it means to be seen. Is doing the right thing about fear of being caught, or about the kind of person you want to be? And if no one can see you, does being good still matter?
