Food and Coffee Traders
We're excited to invite exceptional food traders to be part of our upcoming festival and serve a vibrant audience of festival-goers throughout the event.
From street food and gourmet dining experiences to artisan producers, sweet treats and unique culinary concepts, we're looking for food traders who bring quality, creativity, and outstanding customer experiences.

We're seeking high-quality food vendors offering distinctive menus, exceptional produce, and memorable dining experiences. Whether you're an established festival trader or an exciting emerging food business, we encourage you to apply.

To express your interest, we require:

• Photos of your food and trading setup (applications without real pictures won’t be considered)

Walkabout Acts, Art Installations & Workshops
We're seeking exceptional performers, artists, makers, and creative practitioners to help bring our festival to life.
Whether you create captivating walkabout performances, immersive art installations, interactive experiences, hands-on workshops, or unexpected moments of wonder, we'd love to hear from you.
Who Can Apply?

We're looking for high-quality, engaging, and original work that enhances the festival experience and creates memorable moments for our audiences. We welcome applications from established artists and performers as well as emerging talent with fresh and exciting ideas.
We are particularly interested in:
• Walkabout and roaming performances
• Interactive and immersive experiences
• Visual art and sculptural installations (that work during the day)
• Community-focused creative projects
• Family-friendly activities
• Participatory workshops and demonstrations
• Unique concepts that don't fit neatly into a category
