Laurie Laybourn is an award-winning researcher, author and strategist whose work sits at the intersection of climate risk, public policy and system change. Executive director of the Strategic Climate Risks Initiative (SCRI), he is an Associate Fellow at Chatham House and holds fellowships at the Institute for Public Policy Research and the Global Systems Institute, University of Exeter.
