'“If all narratives are relative, then we are lost."

David Aaronovitch is an award-winning journalist and presenter on BBC Radio 4's Briefing Room, who previously wrote a column in The Times for nearly two decades. A rigorous, evidence-based myth-buster, he has spent his career puncturing conspiracy theories and challenging received wisdom.

Aaronovitch is the author of Voodoo Histories: The Role of Conspiracy Theory in Shaping Modern History, exposing how conspiracies gain support and fuel violence. His other books include Paddling to Jerusalem: An Aquatic Tour of Our Small Country and most recently a memoir about his family and early life, Party Animals: My Family and Other Communists. He now writes Notes From the Underground on Substack, where he continues to sift through our modern political myths and crises.

“An effervescent and essential writer.” — The Observer
