Appearing in: The Fantasy of Fame

Polly Vernon has been a features writer, interviewer and columnist for 18 years. She currently works for both Grazia and The Times, with her columns focusing on fashion and culture. She started as a junior writer on Minx, a lecherous, riotous young woman's magazine, before moving on to become deputy editor at The Observer. In 2015, Polly wrote ‘Hot Feminist’, a popular and somewhat controversial manifesto on modern feminism.

'Bold, brilliant, sharp and funny...(Vernon) urges women to be less judgemental of each other and of themselves. It's an idea that shouldn't be revolutionary but is.' Elizabeth Day
