Dr Louise Ashley is a leading researcher of diversity and inclusion programmes and has consulted for many multinational companies on the subject. She is an associate professor at Queen Mary University London, and has led teams appointed by the government to explore non-educational barriers into elite professions. Louise's work has been cited in the national and international press at outlets including the BBC's Radio 4, The New York Times, Financial Times and The Guardian. She is the author of Highly Discriminating, which explores how current diversity initiatives are inadequate.
