Gerry Mitchell is a social researcher and writer, who is also experienced in political campaigning, community engagement and teaching. She recently worked with Compass, the Edinburgh Voluntary Organisations’ Council, Foundation for European Progressive Studies Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung and the Think Tank for Action on Social Change. She has recently co-authored, with Marcos González Hernando, Uncomfortably Off, a book inspired by research on the relatively overlooked subject of high earners and their relationship with inequality.
