Joanna Kavenna is an multi-award-winning writer. Named as one of Granta’s Best Young British Novelists for her groundbreaking novels, Joanna has written for The New Yorker, The Huffington Post, The London Review of Books, The Guardian, The Observer and The New York Times.

Born in the UK, Joanna has lived in the US, France, Germany, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. Her first book, The Ice Museum, details her experience traveling in the remote North. Her latest book, Zed, explores the dystopian reality of big-tech and the digital meshing of humanity and technology.
