The Next Revolution in Physics

Sabrina Pasterski, Neil Turok
General relativity and quantum mechanics have stood for a century, yet they remain irreconcilable. Both Sabrina Pasterski and Neil Turok believe the answer lies not in adding complexity, but in radically rethinking our foundations. Described as the "next Einstein", Pasterski leads work on celestial holography: the idea that the physics of the familiar, four-dimensional universe can be captured by a hologram on the night sky. Turok, Higgs Chair of Theoretical Physics at Edinburgh, argues the Big Bang was not a beginning but a mirror, with a twin universe running backwards in time, making the Big Bang into a bridge between two universes, instead of a singularity. Join them as they set out their most radical ideas about the deepest mysteries in physics.

"Restlessly curious, brimming with difficult questions and bold new ideas." – Perimeter Institute

"I have been very impressed by his insight and originality." – Stephen Hawking
