Festival Accommodation in Hay
Following great feedback on our 2019 location, our yurts will be in the same great spot against the backdrop of the Black Mountains, offering the perfect accommodation during HowTheLightGetsIn and Hay Festival. We are just moments from both festival sites, the centre of Hay-on-Wye and the river itself. With plenty of access to luxury toilets and showers, including a pamper parlour, our yurts are a cosy hotel style retreat to recuperate after a jam packed day.

Our luxury yurt site offers a unique and indulgent festival experience whilst our pre pitched tents offer simple, affordable accommodation.
Luxury Hay Festival Glamping
There are 5 types of yurt available:
- Super Luxury yurt- sleeps 2
- These spacious 12-14ft yurts offer the perfect glamping experience. Our beautiful boutique yurts are uniquely decorated and designed with comfort in mind with full size wooden frame double bed, feather duvet and pillows, beautiful rugs, tables, lamps and power sockets for phone charging.
- Luxury yurt - sleeps 2
- To make your glamping experience a little more luxurious, these 12ft yurts for two people offer the little extras that make a big difference to your festival experience, with a full set of standard furnishings, sheepskin throws, lamp and power sockets for phone charging. Just remember to drop us an email with your requests for either a twin or double bed set up after you've booked.
- Mini yurt - sleeps 2
- A smaller 9ft yurt perfect for couples or friends. These cosy yurts can have either a double or twin beds complete with wooden bed base, mattress, duvet and blanket. Also comes with table, cushions, sheepskins and lanterns.
- Large yurt - sleeps 4
- Designed for 4 people, these 12ft yurts provide a unique and comfortable festival accommodation at a low cost per person - perfect for friends and families alike.
- Extra Large yurt - sleeps 6
- Our largest yurts at 16ft - ideal for groups and families. Our Extra Large Yurts accommodate up to 6 people without compromising on comfort and offering our lowest price per person.
All prices below are per person, per night.
Check in from 2pm, check out 10am.
Arrive with your tent set up and complete with a double air bed mattress. Included in the cost is unlimited access to upgraded luxury on-site showers and toilets and use of the reception at the front of the site for charging your electronic devices.
Each tent is designed for 2 persons plus space for luggage.

Pitch your own tent in an idyllic spot close to the festival action. Its not on the river bank itself but you will still have access to the river in case you'd like to go for a morning swim! Included in the cost is unlimited access to upgraded luxury on-site showers and toilets
There are 2 pitch sizes available:
- Self pitch: a 3m x 3m pitch for 2 people
- Large self pitch: a 4m x 4m pitch for 4 people

All prices are per person per night and allow one person access to the camping field.
Premium parking gives you a space to park your car close to your yurt and just minutes from the centre of Hay.
All prices are for one car, per night and as ever, the earlybird rates are limited so book early to secure the cheapest option. Parking is for all day - depart by 10am the next day.
Terms and conditions: All bookings are non-refundable, payment is taken at the time of booking. Amendments to bookings will be carried out where possible depending on availability but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us in regards to a request.
Please note: Dogs are not permitted on the site. Children under 5 stay free of charge.
