Isabel Hilton is a writer, broadcaster, and founder of the organisation chinadialogue.net. She has written and presented several programs for BBC radio and television, including The World Tonight and Radio 3's Nightwaves.
Hilton studied Chinese language and literature to post-graduate level, having begun to learn it while "bored" studying for an undergraduate degree in French and Spanish. As CEO, she oversees China Dialogue's efforts to stoke discussion about the environment between Chinese and non-Chinese sources.
