Ritula Shah is a journalist and news presenter for BBC Radio 4. Having listened to Radio 4 since she was very young, Ritula is now a presenter of The World Tonight and of Saturday PM, the news and current affairs programme. In 2011, she was named Media Professional of the Year at the Asian Women of Achievement Awards and is also an ambassador for the British Asian Trust which works with communities in need in South Asia. In a world that is rapidly changing, Ritula has a passion for getting the stories of real people, from all around the world, out there to show how the world is changing.
In her spare time, Ritula is a keen gardener and yoga enthusiast.
