"It’s time to overhaul the NHS & replace it with a system fit for [now]." ~ Kate Andrews
Kate Andrews is economics correspondent at the Spectator, and formerly a researcher at the Institute of Economic Affairs. She has defended the free market as the optimum way to organise the economy and elaborated on her position in TV studios and on panels, including appearances on Question Time. Kate sees globalisation as a force for good and is sceptical about calls to devolve power back into the hands of local communities. The unshackling from traditional structures (patriarchy, the nuclear family) that comes with globalisation has, for Kate, led to a welcome new age of independence.
